On a scale of 1-10, how talented was the chap who created Rap?

Excuse me sir, it takes a lot of talent to rap. I mean REALLY rap, not just speak slow the way most current rappers do. The ones today slowed down rap so that most white people will understand it. If you want strong rap listen to old DMX tapes, Twista, Bone Thugs N' Harmony, L.L. Cool J, etc. Lil Wayne is NOT a top skilled rapper. So I would say a "10." Good rappers flow with the music and their voices mix with the beat or bring out the beat of the song just like a singer would.
